All our menu is based on Sardinian traditional dishes; you'll be able to find 'fregola ai frutti di mare', 'malloreddus alla campidanese', the 'seada', 'culurgiones' and other Sardinian flag dishes.

Every dish of our A La Carte Menu is ideated by our Executive Chef Domenico Santo from Alghero, Sardegna.

We are also proud to be the first and only restaurant in Dublin the ‘Black Pinsa’. A 72 hours maturated and highly hydrated dough with the addition of vegetable charcoal.
